Welcome to our 5th Annual super sexy condo takeover party. Located in Duluth MN.
The cost for this party is $50 per couple and $30 for a single female. <br />
this is a BYOB event, Snacks will be provided, Some guests choose to bring a small dish to share with the group. We limit the number of attendees so register early. New this year we have the following list of rooms at an additional charge.<br />
These rooms are premium at a 5star resort and normally sell for a lot more.                       Single rooms are $149<br />
2 bedroom Condos are $249 (2 couples)<br />
3 Bedroom Condo is $349    (3 couples)<br />
All rooms are subject to Sales tax.<br />
