Two Creeks Bare Assed BBQ Cook Off

Labor Day weekend is always awesome at Two Creeks, but this year we are making it even better.  Join us for the Two Creeks Bare Assed BBQ Fall Cook Off. The smell of brisket and pork butts smoking throughout the day will fill the campground, setting the tone for our pot luck dinner at 5PM in Area 69. Come on out and join us as a participant in the competition or just join us for dinner by bringing a salad, side dish or dessert.  There will be plenty of meat at the Bare Assed BBQ, so come hungry and ready for a fun time.  We will be collecting non-perishable items and cash donations for the local food shelve as well, so please help as you can.

Homemade BBQ Sauce (No Commercial Sauces or Combinations of)

Contestants must prepare a minimum of 5 pounds of brisket, 5 pounds of pork and 1 quart of sauce.  Contestants may participate in whichever categories they choose, however the Grand Champion will be the team with the overall highest combined points total.
